HOW TO RETURN or EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASE MADE ONLINE

You may also take your product to any nu store by first contacting nu as listed above.

 

  1. For guarantee claims, a nu Customer Care advisor will respond to your contact request, with procedure and conditions as follows:

 

  • A nu advisor will review your claim, and if it appears eligible, will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) which you must write on the nu Return Form attached to the invoice in your delivery box.

 

  • Where appropriate, nu will transfer return shipping cost to your bank account.

 

  • Pack your returning product in its original box, or an equally strong box.

 

  • Fill-out, sign, and pack the nu Return Form (attached to the invoice in your delivery box).

 

  • Take your package to any EMS location.

 

  • Upon receipt of your retuned product, if nu confirms that the product is defective pursuant to a nu guarantee, it will be repaired, replaced, or a refund issued as described in the Conditions for Guarantees. nu will contact you in this regard with details & timing.

 

  • If nu determines that the returned product does not meet Conditions for Guarantees, nuwill contact you with options:
  1. a) to have the product repaired for a specified cost,
  2. b) to have the product returned to you at your shipping expense, or
  3. c) to have nu dispose of the product.

 

  1. For shoe size exchange: Shoes purchased online can be exchanged if the size is not correct, subject to the following:

Upon receipt of your request, nu will contact you to coordinate the exchange and give you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) which you must write on the nu Return Form attached to the invoice in your delivery box.

 

  • The returned shoe must be in absolute new condition, with no evidence of wear or use (particularly outsole tread and insole logo stamping).

 

  • If this is the first shoe exchange for this order, nu will transfer to your bank account, 50 Baht to pay for return shipping cost via EMS.

 

  • nu will pay for reshipment of the second size.

 

  • If the second size is not correct, you will pay for return shipping of the second size and reshipping of a third size, or you may request a refund of the original purchase price upon return of the second size, shipped at your expense.

 

  • If your requested exchange shoe size is not in stock, you will receive a full refund for your original purchase upon return of the shoe in new condition as specified above.

 

  • Pack your returning shoe in its original box, or an equally strong box.

 

  • Fill-out, sign, and pack the nu Return Form (attached to the invoice in your delivery box).

 

  • Take your package to any EMS location.

 

  • Upon receipt of your returned product in new condition as herein stated, nu will notify you and send your exchange product, or issue a refund by the same method as you made your original payment (bank transfer, credit/debit card).

 

 

  1. For all other exchanges or returns: Products purchased online may be exchanged or returned subject to the following:

for a request to exchange for another model or color, or to return the product for refund.  Upon receipt of your request, nu will contact you to coordinate your exchange or return and give you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) which you must write on the nu Return Form attached to the invoice in your delivery box.

 

  • The return product must be in absolute new condition, with no evidence of wear or use.

 

  • Model or color exchange is subject to verification by nu of stock availability.

 

  • You will pay for the return shipping and for reshipping of any exchange product.

 

  • If the current price of any exchanged product is greater than your original purchase price, including VAT, then you will pay the difference. If the current price of the exchanged product is less than your original purchase price, nu will refund

 

  • The difference by the same method as you made your original payment (bank transfer, credit/debit card).

 

  • To return your product, pack it in its original box, or an equally strong box.

 

  • Fill-out, sign, and pack the nu Return Form (attached to the invoice in your delivery box).

 

  • Take your package to any EMS location.

 

  • Upon receipt of your returned product in new condition as herein stated, nu will notify you and send your exchange product, or issue a store credit.

 

  • For health requirements, earrings and socks may not be returned.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

HOW TO RETURN or EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASE MADE IN nuSTORES

 

- The product is returned by you to any nuBangkok shop within five days after purchase.

- The returned product is in absolute new condition, with no evidence of use or wear.

- You fill-out and sign the nu Return Form upon returning the product.

- You will receive a store credit for your original purchase.

 

CONDITIONS FOR ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

  • nu reserves the right to change return and exchange terms by posting such changes on the returns and exchange sections of its website, nucom. In the event of such changes, nu will honor the previous terms for purchases made prior to such changes.

 

  • Refunds will be issued by bank transfer within 15 business days, this process requires a signed copy of your valid identification, except that purchases made with credit/debit card shall be refunded in the same form as original payment within Bank’s 45 business days.
